Greenline Housing Foundation Grant
The Greenline Housing Foundation provides direct, non-repayable rebuilding assistance grants for homeowners displaced by the Eaton Fire.
These gap-funding grants offer up to $250,000 per family to bridge the difference between the total cost of reconstruction and the funds received from insurance settlements, SBA disaster loans, and FEMA assistance. Applications are evaluated based on mortgage and insurance status, long-standing residency, capacity to rebuild, and the generational impact of the home.
