The Missouri REALTORS® Relief Foundation (MRRF) provides direct financial assistance to state association members and staff who experience serious physical or structural damage to their primary residence or real estate office due to natural or manmade disasters.

Grants are awarded based on the applicant’s property insurance deductible, up to a maximum of $2,000 per year. The program covers significant structural damage (including water intrusion) but does not cover minor damage, outbuildings, landscaping, personal property, vehicles, or loss of income.

• Must have been a Missouri REALTORS® member in good standing, or staff of Missouri REALTORS® or a local board/association, prior to the disaster.
• Must have serious physical and/or structural damage to a primary residence or real estate office caused by a natural or manmade disaster.
