Better Health Together Wildfire Support

Description

The Community Care Hub provides free, one-on-one support for individuals and families impacted by wildfires. You will be matched with a dedicated Care Coordinator who will work with you to identify your urgent needs and navigate the systems required to get help. Support is available in multiple languages to ensure everyone gets the help they need. Care Coordinators connect survivors directly with resources for housing and emergency assistance, food and basic needs, health coverage and medical resources, childcare, employment and resume support, mental health and other community services.

Requirements

Open to anyone in the Spokane region seeking support due to the impact of wildfires.
