Society of Saint Vincent de Paul Fire Relief

Description

The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul is actively committing resources to help neighbors recover and rebuild from the recent Spokane fires. Their primary focus is on early intervention to keep families housed and stable during a crisis.

Assistance is provided through a "Home Visit" model; an in-person encounter where local volunteers meet directly with you to understand your specific situation and provide emergency support. This includes help with rent, utility bills, food pantries, clothing, and other basic necessities.

Because SVdP does not operate out of a central office, support is delivered through 6 local parish-based conferences across the Spokane Diocese. You will be matched with the specific group that serves your neighborhood.

Requirements

Available to community members facing hardship, loss of home, or loss of income due to the Spokane fires.
