Extreme Weather Survivors Peer Support Program

Description

Extreme Weather Survivors offers a peer support program that pairs you with trained mentors who have personally experienced disaster recovery. Mentors are ready to walk alongside you as you navigate the aftermath of an extreme weather event.

In addition to one-on-one mentorship, they provide access to a dedicated online community. This space allows survivors to attend events, access practical resources, ask questions, and receive honest advice from others who understand the challenges of rebuilding. Support is available in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

Must be an individual personally affected by an extreme weather event (such as a wildfire, flood, or extreme heat).
